Agréable appartement de 40m2,en rez de chaussée avec terrasse plein sud. A 400m du skyval qui relie Loudenvielle à Peyragudes. proche des commerces ( supermarché, pharmacie, librairie,restaurants) .A 5mn du centre thermoludique Balnea et du lac très agréable pour la promenade en famille (pumtrack, jeux pour enfants). Draps et serviettes non fournis. possibilité location : 12 euros ( 1 paire de draps + 2 serviettes) Place de parking juste devant la location. Forfait ménage à la demande 40€.

Notre charmant appartement de 40m2 est proche du centre du village, du téléporté SKYVALL, de 2 stations de ski Peyragudes et Val Louron, du lac de Génos-Loudenvielle, de la Balnéa et en été de la Ludéo ( piscines, toboggans, aire de pique- nique...). Activités en toutes saisons à Loudenvielle : Parapente, randonnées, pêche, skis, cyclisme... Notre location est parfaite pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les familles avec enfants. On se ressource dans cette magnifique vallée du Louron !

Le centre thermo - ludique de BALNEA est seulement situé à 1km du logement. Vous serez heureux de pouvoir profiter des pistes ( VTT, SKI, randonnées...) de la station de VAL LOURON par sa route. Mais également de PEYRAGUDES accessible par LOUDENVIELLE par le télécabine ( 8 min en SKYVALL ).
