Monthly Rentals in Loucé

Excellent accommodation and matches the photos (even better for the living room which is bigger than we expected). Several shops/bars nearby: a bar at the foot of the accommodation🍹 that is not at all noisy, a G20 convenience 🛒 store 100m away and a whole bunch of other shops/restaurants worthy of a downtown street. The dog park 🐕 (=a fenced area in the park and not a 1m² sandbox) mentioned in a previous comment is really close (5-min walk) and perfect for our 4-legged friends (thank you Sabrina for hosting them). In short: quiet, well-located and cool accommodation (despite the strong heat felt outside) 👍👌

Maryline was a perfect host. All smiles and friendly. The accommodation is Olympian quiet which perfectly matches what we were looking for Very clean and recently furnished, it is impeccable and offers everything you need for a quiet stay. Very good stay, beautiful clean house, functional, well located and quiet. Françoise welcomed us despite our late arrival, very pleasant on the phone because we did not have the opportunity to see each other again, allowed us to stay a little later than expected. Everything was perfect, only small downsides that I told her about, the fridge was not on when we arrived and the towels in one of the bathrooms were much too small, but she understood, apart from that everything was very good. I highly recommend it.
