Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib as well as a high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included as well as final cleaning.

A rocky shoreline extends into the gentle waters, with a sandy beach visible in the foreground. A couple sits relaxed on the rocks, with lush greenery and distant trees lining the horizon under a clear sky.

N Öland Löttorp-Byrum Spacious cottage 2½km from swimming

The cottage is located on a shared plot, which is 5000 m2, so the patio you have behind the cottage is free of view. Everything is in the cabin except sheets and private towels. Kitchen towels are available. Only running cold water. Water hose in the back! To the hot water shower + WC you can walk about 75m. The bathroom is shared with others, maximum 5 persons. The entrance is direct. Note: LOWERED PRICE WITH 100 SEK PER DAY AND then CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED.

Krong farm

Krong farm was formerly one of the country's cronies. On this farm, the king was able to rest, eat, and switch to rested horses on his journey through the country. However, this is a long time ago. The farm has been dairy farm until 2022. Then dairy production was put down because we reached retirement age. Our dream has been to have time to renovate this old house and now the renovation is finished with 2 apt. We hope that our guests feel like they are at home here but still feel like you are away.

Cosy cottage on Öland

You will stay in the grounds of the old station of Persnäs and despite the fact that there have been no trains for decades, it still breathes history. From the small red cottage, you have a view of the former station building, which has also been a bank and post office. It is now privately inhabited by us, Jaco, Etta, Roos and Nina. The old warehouse, where a secondhand store is now located, has been preserved most authentically, but here and there are still elements of the past to be found.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Torp in rural idyll

Newly renovated house with clean natural materials in traditional style. Torpet is connected to a larger house that has been a farmhouse, along an archipelago city street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with a lot of opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 m away there is a small hotel with restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the closest 2km away. Cute chickens are on the farm, and opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Scenic area with large garden and about 5 km to central Löttorp with extensive services in the form of post office, restaurants, medical center, swimming pool, library, ICA shop and many other shops. The facility is equipped with fast wifi throughout apartment and most of the yard.

In the evenings you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is located in Djupvik during the summer. About 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay with fantastic surroundings and very beautiful bike rides.

Summer in the Bay of Böda

Bernt was an amazing host and his apartment was newly renovated and very fresh. Very close to the beach and Bödagården that we visited often. Cozy sheep pasture across the road that we appreciated. The only drawbacks were probably the very run down apartment area as well as how responsive it was, especially when a toddler family lived above us. The road outside easily very much as it is high traffic during the summer. Made it not so cozy to sit outside and eat on the nice terrace, unfortunately. But the apartment itself was great and well stocked with EVERYTHING and then some that you could need on your vacation! Thank you so very very much, Bernt!

We had an amazing week at Table 🤩 Cottage The house was super cozy and the huge lawn outside was a dream for both kids and dog. We spent the majority of our time on the lovely terrace and cooked very much in the nice outdoor kitchen. Tobias was great as a host. Very nice, communicative and responded quickly. We're more than happy!

We had two wonderful weeks on Öland in the best weather. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated and has every amenity you could wish for.

A well-lit living area is furnished with a light-colored sofa and a wooden coffee table. A round dining table surrounded by white chairs occupies one corner. Natural light streams through the large windows, enhancing the airy feel of the space.

One of the best AirBnB experiences we ever had! The house is way better than the description and the pictures, our expectations were exceeded. Everything was clean, comfy and in a very good condition. The kitchen offers way more than expected and is very well equipped. Great garden, patios and bbq-area. The surrounding is so peaceful and quiet, sometimes it felt unreal :) John was a great host and answered our questions really quick. We were really sad leaving this beautiful place (and also was our dog) and will definitely recommend it! 5-star-experience!
