Monthly Rentals in Los Corales beach Bavaro

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated having security at the entrance. It was very close to many restaurants and stores. We let Javier know that the sink in the bathroom was pooling / backed up during our stay upon checking out (it was like this when we arrived but we decided we didn’t want to bother him with it while there) and he said he fixed it immediately for the next guests. Very proactive- thank you for having us!

Yolanda was very friendly and very helpful. The place was great for the price. There was a large balcony, and the building felt very secure with an electric lock on the entry to the building only allowing current residents inside. I will definitely use Yolanda as a host in the future. Thanks

Condo H4 (corner on 3rd floor), was a cute condo in a new, well cared for building. We may have been the first renters as there were a few missing items (hair dryer, iron), but we were quickly provided new ones once informed. The property manager, Dianna, was attentive, polite and helpful at all hours and with everything we asked for. There is an all inclusive behind the condo that has rather loud entertainment every evening between 6 and 11pm but it was very predictable so easy to work around. We kind of enjoyed the musical surprises but it did keep us from enjoying evenings on the terrace. If you're a stickler for peace and quiet you might not enjoy this particular unit. There was a beautiful breeze 24/7, and no bugs, even with doors wide open, so we didn't need to use the a/c at all. Overall, a nice holiday very close to the beach, markets and restaurants. We'd go back.

I had a great stay at Roberto’s place! He was very responsive and accommodating during our time there. As I had been there for an extended period of time of upto a month, it really began to feel like home. You can walk to the stores and restaurants in 15 minutes or take a stroll for 20 to get directly onto the beach. All the resorts are just an uber away, and overall it’s a great location. There is some construction going on, but once that’s all done with I’m sure it’s going to be serene. The layout of the apartment was great for every day use and has everything you could need. I happily recommend Roberto’s space for others!
