I recommend this apartment, where my family and I stayed for 4 days. The cleanliness and tidiness were exceptional, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy our stay without any worries. The location was ideal and the owner was kind and attentive. We would definitely repeat the experience without any hesitation.

WONDERFUL. Marta's apartment is super cozy and family-friendly, just like the photos, a super well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a very comfortable bathroom with a hydromassage column that is appreciated after a whole day of sightseeing, the terrace is indescribable, super spacious and with wonderful views of the sea and the estuary, the sunsets are beyond words. It's a very quiet place, ideal to disconnect and get out of your routine. A car is ESSENTIAL as there are no services nearby. As a negative point, access to the apartment is NOT suitable for people with limited mobility, there is no elevator and there are stairs. If you leave the car on the street, there are more stairs. The parking space is large, but to access it you need a forklift that is quite "tight" depending on the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARTA'S ACCOMMODATION, we felt right at home and the attention of the host and co-hosts was a 10, always attentive and at your disposal:)

The house is beautiful, everything is very new and tastefully decorated. Large bed and windows. The terrace has fantastic views. The hosts were kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We went with our dogs and they didn't charge us any extra, which is appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay and were delighted with the accomodation. Everything was clean, new, and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to the beach and supermarkets. Would definitely stay again!

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us about the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was spotless and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt right at home. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go outside the city. To park there are several parking lots around, but it is true that we used to find parking in the blue zone easily practically nearby, so the experience of going by car has been excellent as well. All I can say to finish is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

Fantastic stay in every way. Definitely recommended. Ainhoa is very friendly and always attentive. I'm sure I'll be back soon. The photos are totally real and being in the house look even better.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a little far away, but by car you can get there easily, and you can also visit the villages a little, with great restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an amazing area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an amazing house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the host has had, everything. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. From the first minute I felt that I was in a fairytale house, everything was perfect, clean house, detail wherever you looked it was perfect, Ana was very nice when it came to helping, friendly... Riocorvo is small but very picturesque. The house is next to a river, a very nice area to walk and disconnect It was an unforgettable experience that I will definitely repeat if I return to Cantabria

We had an amazing stay! The place was even better than in the pictures—spacious, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea every day. We loved spending the week here and felt completely at home. Pau was incredibly friendly, responsive, and understanding, especially with our two energetic kids. We truly appreciated the place. Highly recommended—we would come back in a heartbeat!

A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

A place with incredible peace and very nicely located. If you are looking to spend a few quiet days, it is an ideal place. It is surrounded by nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything couldn't be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be busier (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage space is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a very great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great plus!

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Raquel's apartment. It is perfectly located with great views towards the Picos and we particularly enjoyed watching the horses and two foals in the field at the back and watching and listening to the cows and their bells in the other field. It was very soothing. The apartment is a good size and being decorated in a minimalist style, there is a lot of space to enjoy along with a very big balcony. The wifi speed is good and the bed comfortable. We were driving in our own car having travelled by ferry and the house and large drive is very secure so perfect to pack up for our return journey. Some of the roads are a little narrow (depends on your car) but we found the easiest way in and out is to turn sharp left out of the drive and then right at the bottom and left towards the main road - no problem. You definitely need a car to explore but the benefits are that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle of the town. A good stay.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
