Entire basement decorated like an old 1920's Jukejoint from the Delta in Mississippi. Full private bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower sprayer, with a Queen bed and a single bed, bar, pool table, dart board, fridge and microwave. Perfect for up to 3 folks looking for a cool hangout. 1st bedroom (Master bdrm) has a large balcony with seating overlooking the lake with en suite bathroom. Queen bed. Tv. Also, a pack and play with mattress for your little one 💗 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a couch/sleeper (futon) and a desk. Second bathroom upstairs with bathtub in between bedroom 2 and 3. Living room with smart TV and open kitchen/dining area half bathroom Side door from kitchen opens up to backyard/patio area to lake. Spacious and great views of the lake!

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.
