1st bedroom (Master bdrm) has a large balcony with seating overlooking the lake with en suite bathroom. Queen bed. Tv. Also, a pack and play with mattress for your little one 💗 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a couch/sleeper (futon) and a desk. Second bathroom upstairs with bathtub in between bedroom 2 and 3. Living room with smart TV and open kitchen/dining area half bathroom Side door from kitchen opens up to backyard/patio area to lake. Spacious and great views of the lake!

Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hettie’s place! The home was exactly as described and was perfect for a fun weekend spent in both Vermillion and Cleveland. I was left with clear instructions, and communication with the host was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting, and I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning Lakefront Century Home

We stayed at Lorrie's house for the weekend of our child's graduation from Oberlin College. Lorrie was so responsive and flexible when I asked for an earlier check-in and whether we could host a small gathering of our college student's friends one evening. The house was perfect for the 7 adults we had in our party and could have easily accommodated more! There are many indoor spaces for mingling and relaxing, the kitchen is very well appointed and the bedrooms are so comfortable. Our weather was divine, so we were really able to utilize and enjoy the amazing backyard with it's wonderful seating areas and awesome Lake Erie vista. We had a meal outside and enjoyed s'mores around the fire pit. There were many extra chairs and tables conveniently located in the garage for our outdoor fun. We made many trips to and from Oberlin, but the house set up made us feel like we were really on vacation. Thank you for your hospitality Lorrie and we would highly recommend a stay in your lovely home!

This is a cute little upstairs loft and is a good spot for a quick stay. We were in town for just one night and didn’t need much other than a bed and a shower. Things to note - A/C is central for the building without separate control for the space. Being upstairs, it’s a bit warmer, and when we asked about it, our host was very responsive and offered to adjust the temp for us when she returned home. Also, bring extra towels if you are more than one person as only one is provided. This is noted on the listing, but we missed it.
