Monthly Rentals in Lopez Lake

I had such a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! It was clean, peaceful, and felt just like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole space had a welcoming, relaxed vibe. I especially appreciated the stocked kitchen—fresh eggs, potatoes, fruit, and even Tapatío (which I usually bring with me!) were such thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. The location was also perfect—close to the freeway entrance and a local swap meet, which made exploring the area super convenient. This place truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

This was a work related trip so I chose Joshua's unique RV to mix up the trip for my young son and I. Those plans changed unexpectedly, as well as my work direction and weekend tasks. Literally the moment I arrived in town my work project took a sharp left turn/cancellation and I had to head right back from where I came. My guest and I had just enough time to be warmly greeted by all the chickens (that literally ran up to us when we pulled up), have a quick snack and re-arrange our mindsets before heading back down south. Everything was as described and it would have been so nice to wake up on a quiet tranquil farm. I alerted Joshua immediately and he worked a way to have a partial refund (Thank you!!!!) due to my unusual circumstances. I really appreciated the grace. It was a unique and satisfying "touch" of the space and I hope work calls me back up again so I can fulfill the entire experience as I had originally planned.

Great stay here! Ended up not feeling very well so couldn’t get out as much as I would have liked, but it was a great space and very comfortable. The sauna was awesome and the space was much bigger than I thought!

The place was everything I expected, due to the fact that Carla was very easy to communicate with and the accuracy of her description to me was spot on. Beautiful property and very peaceful and quiet, her and her husband Ken both are very nice and very easy going. Would definitely stay again and recommend their place
