Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Loon Mountain

We were lucky to stay at Shannon’s Home so we could attend a family wedding in the area. Home was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. My family and I chose to buy our own groceries and cooked versus going out to the restaurants. We really loved that stove haha :) We honestly felt right at home and had the most loveliest time. Would definitely book with her again in the future.

House is fabulous at an amazing location. Super worth it!!

We had a fantastic stay—this home was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard fire pit was gorgeous, and we loved the game rooms with board games, darts, and a pool table. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious, and the speaker system throughout the downstairs and outside was a huge bonus. The only issue was unexpected messages from the host after a complaint came in from the attached (and unpictured) real estate office. It’s briefly mentioned in the listing but easy to overlook. The music wasn’t loud—we were talking at normal volume, with people napping upstairs—and it had been off for over an hour when the calls came in. The urgency felt a little off and caught us by surprise. Still, we’re giving it 5 stars. It’s a beautiful, well-equipped place in a great location—perfect for big groups who want to enjoy time together with plenty of space and privacy.

Really nice place. The fireplace not working was a bit of a bummer but everything else was excellent. Great location, great view, close to everything, and multiple floors was great to have with kids.

Carla’s place was a great Airbnb stay! It was very clean and spacious—perfect for accommodating three families with kids. There was plenty of room, and the house was stocked with toys and games like Catan, making it fun for all age groups. The TV with Netflix was a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and there were various types of drinkware available, which added a nice touch. The home’s aesthetic was lovely and thoughtfully designed. Located in New Hampshire, the house is surrounded by nature and woods, offering a peaceful, forest-like atmosphere. Yet, it’s not too isolated, with other homes nearby, which gave us a sense of safety. Highly recommended!

This is our second time staying here. The access to the mountain is fantastic! It is cozy, spacious, clean, and great for a family. We love that every bedroom has a full bath.

This mountainside retreat was perfect! Quiet location with lots to do around the area! Came in the spring and it did not disappoint! We had an adults trip this time but we will be back with our children as it’s set up well for that too!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here during winter break, and it checked all the boxes again this year. The place itself is super cute and cozy and just feels like home as soon as you walk in. The kids love having their own room downstairs and my son raves about the bed. In fact, he has me on a quest to recreate, as he puts it, "the bed situation" there. The upstairs living space is the perfect place to relax, and we spent time each day of our trip playing games while nestled in front of the fireplace. It's well positioned for easy access to Attitash and Wildcat as well as going into North Conway (Zebb's is always a must-do), but we also really love the town of Jackson. Going over the covered bridge feels like you're entering into a special tucked away place. Yesterday's restaurant has incredibly breakfast, Red Fox Inn has great dinner, and Nestlenook Farm is great for ice skating. If you're in the area, you also need to check out Vintage Baking Co. All around a great getaway!

I decided to rent this particular property on a weekend excursion to the White Mountains. The property was beautiful, and incredibly clean. Rob and Sean were very quick to send instructions on how to get in, local places to try, and let me know that they would be available if they were any issues. I am happy to say there were no issues. The only downside of the trip was quite a few of the local businesses were closing or closed already because it was end of ski season. That meant I had to drive a little extra to get my ice cream fixed. Other than that, it was a lovely trip.

The house is great - it accommodated our party of 12 (6 kids and 6adults) comfortably. It is steps aways from the slope which is so nice. If you plan to cook meals at the house I’d recommend packing cooking oils, seasonings, and food storage (aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc) bc there are none of these items. There are also a limited number of pans. Otherwise the house is fantastic!

Cozy, clean place. Great location for ski in/out. Attitash Abenaki lift is just right next to back yard. Owner communication is excellent. We had wonderful time with kids during our ski trip! Thanks Donald.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It was a great weekend getaway and just a quick 15 minute drive to North Conway. Peter was a great host, checked in on us frequently and communicated very well during the power outage in Bartlett due to the weather. The home had a generator so everything worked out and went smoothly. My friends and I definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Lori’s condo with our two young children and another couple with their kids. The space was perfectly set up for our group, with plenty of room to spare. The condo’s location was ideal—right on the ski shuttle and within walking distance to the town square. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect base camp for a winter weekend filled with great memories. We’re so glad we found this booking and would definitely stay again!

My stay at Joseph’s was wonderful. The treehouse was a fun and cozy place to stay, and the property was beautiful. Joseph was super helpful in giving recommendations for things to do/places to see. Overall a great experience.

I had such a lovely and peaceful stay! The space is beautifully designed and felt like a private sanctuary in the woods. It was the perfect place to disconnect and relax. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and I was very appreciative of their help and communication when a storm came through during our visit. I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful escape.

An absolute slice of heaven! The compound had epic views, immaculately cozy cabin vibes, and was the perfect retreat for us city weary souls. We loved waking up with the mountains greeting us outside our window, the solid kitchen gear, DIY campfire, and much mucb more. The various light touch comforts (pour over coffee, available bluetooth speaker, sleep masks by the bed) all point to Siobhan and Bill as experienced hosts. This is our second time staying at Kate's place. We love the quite and peaceful location and the ability to walk and hike right out the door on the forest roads/ski trails up to Wildcat and Carter Dome. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking, and all the accessories like a can opener and vegetable peeler. We enjoyed hearing an owl at night and watching the woodpeckers feed their babies in a tree outside the house. The basement bedrooms are cool and comfortable, and we absolutely love the old furniture and variety of books to peruse. It's a very comfortable place to stay!

Tom is a great host, very responsive . The home is well equipped and beds are comfortable. The location is a little off the beaten path but with Tom’s instructions and gps it was easy to get to . Great place to stay while exploring the White Mountains.
