Unsere moderne Zweitwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Aachen in direkter Nähe zum Rathaus. In 2 Gehminuten erreicht man das Aachener Studentenviertel mit vielen günstigen Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt. Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. In a quiet secluded location nestled in meadows, the apartment is located on Gut Bergweide sunny above the village of Lontzen in East Belgium. From here, the view can wander over the endless gentle hilly landscape. The location is suitable for both nature lovers and those interested in culture. Walking and cycling trails start right at the farm. The special moorland, the Hohe Venn is 20 km away. Within 25 to 45 minutes you can reach Aachen, Liège and Maastricht.

The chalet with a unique panoramic view from each floor is located directly on the edge of the forest and field in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The apartment is about 7 kilometers from Aachen city center, about 7 kilometers from Raeren and about 15 kilometers from Eupen. Some of the junction hikes in East Belgium lead directly past us. Living in a historic landmark

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is part of a listed farm complex and is located on the edge of the historic center of Aachen-Kornelimünster. This former farmyard is surrounded by meadows and despite its quiet location you can reach the Aachen city center by bus in 20 minutes. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The entrance to the first stage of the Eifelsteig hiking trail is also in Kornelimünster.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
