The house is very open and wonderful for entertaining. The kitchen and coffee bar is fully stocked with all the essentials. Outdoor area with tiki bar, fire pit, gas grill, blackstone griddle and 3 covered seating areas. Fenced yard for pets. Boat ramp in neighborhood. Plenty of parking for boats on site. Marinas near by.
