With an upstairs living room with views of the golf course and an outdoor porch, have coffee or a cocktail while watching the swans on the pond and enjoying a stunning sunset every night. You can also bath and swim directly from the house or from the beach club wearing water shoes. The water and my property is separated by a bulwark. Ladder available in garage to get up.
