I have to warn you definitely not a hook up spot or party house!!! typically rise with rooster on this 5 acre country setting with a small fishing pond. 420 friendly .. Quiet hours are 11 -8 generally some music playing, musicians are welcome !! if you happen to book on a Sunday i host an Open Mic in my Barn every Sunday ..... pretty relaxed. Upon arriving, turn into the driveway, and then right into the yard. Apartment is upstairs, the door is open with the keys inside. ✌️

We had a great stay at this home! The location was perfect—just 10 minutes from the beach—which made it easy to enjoy the area. One of our favorite features was the four seasons room; it was such a cozy and relaxing spot to hang out during our trip. The house itself was very clean, open, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this stay to others, and I really don’t have any major complaints that would have ruined the experience. That said, there were a couple of small issues. The hot tub wasn’t heated before our arrival and took over 12 hours to warm up, which was a bit disappointing for a weekend stay, as we essentially lost a day of use. However, Caitlin was extremely responsive and ready to send someone out if it didn’t reach the proper temperature. The other issue was the queen-sized bed—it was quite stiff and seemed to have a broken frame, causing it to lean and making it uncomfortable to sleep

The space was peaceful, beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal, just minutes from biking and hiking trails, and close to New Buffalo, MI—one of our family’s favorite spots for great restaurants. It was Mother’s Day weekend, and I truly appreciated the welcome gift—a heartfelt and personal touch. Their clear, concise instructions made check-in and check-out easy and stress-free. Every detail made our stay feel special. We loved every minute and can’t wait to return. Wishing them many more happy guests!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything was spotlessly clean—you can tell the host takes great pride in maintaining the property. The layout was well thought out, and all the amenities were exactly as described (if not better!). The owners were helpful and responsive, the location was great and steps away from beautiful Sheridan Beach and close proximity to the Indiana Dunes and other tourist attractions. The house was remodeled nicely and well organized. The beds were very comfortable as well. I could feel all the hard work and effort they put into remodeling their century-old fisherman’s cottage with lots of fish stories told I’m sure lol. Will definitely stay again!😊
