The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and train station. We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

Near the station are Chislehurst caves, restored historic monument & tourist attraction from war time use as a bomb shelter. Around the flat there are beautiful walks , runs & cycling in Petts Wood. House has quiet garden.
