It is a well-maintained apartment with a roof terrace. You have a lot of privacy and there is plenty of everything (towels, toilet paper, utensils, etc.) Laudalino and his family are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Maia is a quiet and friendly village by the sea, with plenty of eateries within walking distance.

What a beautiful home!! It is in a great location, with a gorgeous view of the coastline from the spacious deck and from inside the home. Everything was provided, we did not need to contact Fatima for anything during our stay. She let us enter the unit before check-in when we arrived earlier than expected. The place is very clean and well kept, you can tell that she takes pride in her home. She left a goodie basket of local food items on the counter which was delicious and very much appreciated! If you plan on staying in Sao Miguel, I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great time at Claudia's place. The place is beautiful and very well kept. Claudia recommended some really nice places and the location is great for visiting the whole west of the island. 🥰❤️🙏🏾

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated all the extra touches, such as the fruit and other foods provided, and the hiking poles. Having our own reserved parking made for no worries too! After spending our days out touring this beautiful island, it was a treat to come home to our own miradouro from the patio. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the city, but still just short drives to go anywhere on the island.
