New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Beautiful log house with 3 rooms/7 beds. Located on a large and secluded plot at the end of a closed road, only 900 meters from a beautiful beach. Kitchen and living room in open connection. Modern and relaxed decor and ceiling for the kitchen give a wonderful sense of space. Huge garden with several terraces, two of which are covered. The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking.
