Beautiful summer cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Karrebæksminde 10 year old summer cottage - panoramic sea view. 200 m to sandy beach 700 m to charming harbor environment, restaurants, fish restaurants, bakeries and other shopping opportunities. 500 meters to the forest. In the living room/kitchen there is heating/air conditioning, TV and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, in addition a loft with 2 mattresses. The cottage is ideal for both a weekend trip or a longer vacation for couples and families with children. It lies at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to woods and the sea. Bed linen / towels / tea towels are included. The house is cleaned on arrival - therefore a mandatory cleaning fee. Pets not allowed.

The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.

Beachhouse directly on the beach, 10 meters from the sea. 84,5 sqm. You will love the view! Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
