The old house where the independent apartment of about 70 m2 is located is on the ground floor, in the center of the pretty town of Sauve, close to the main squares of the village, restaurants and shops. The streets are pedestrianized and also lead to nearby hiking trails. The apartment offers a comfortably furnished main room, with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet and a spacious and bright bedroom.

This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.

This beautiful renovated house with an area of 60 m² and an exterior of 50 m² is located in a very cute village in the south of France: Logrian Florian. The building is adjoining and we live next door. All shops are nearby (5min by car) in Quissac and also a market every Wednesday morning. Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
