We spent a weekend at Tracey's property and it was lovely. The property was in a very central location and only minutes away from everything you would need. The property was very well maintained and in a very secure location. Tracey had excellent communication throughout our stay and was very easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to beach and lots of great restaurants. Pool was fantastic and heated which suited the kids.

Our stay was excellent. It was so clean and has everything to live comfortably in for longer stays. The pool is beautiful and clean, the balcony was our hang out area that was reasonably private and the kitchen has everything. Beautiful place for vacation

My family and I stayed at Rhonda's place. My husband and myself and also my daughter, our son in-law and our 2.5 year old granddaughter. It was a great place to stay for our family. The little backyard was ideal for our granddaughter to play. The pool at the resort was great and we enjoyed the time we swam. The accommodation was perfect and Rhonda and David were great. We had 6 nights booked, but Cyclone Alfred was on his way, so we had to leave early. David and Rhonda were very understandable about our situation of having to leave in quite a hurry as our flight was cancelled and we had to drive down to Sydney to catch a flight the next day. They had no issues with about giving us a refund for the nights not used, which we applied for and received through Air Bnb. I would highly recommend staying at Rhonda and David's place and would definitely consider returning. Regards Merryn

The townhouse was just as described and in a very quiet and serene location. The amenities available were excellent and we felt right at home. Lucy is an excellent host who is very responsive and goes above and beyond for her guests. Thank you Lucy for a tranquil and relaxing stay!

I have stayed here for business the last two years. Very good place to stay. Clean, comfortable, walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores. Host is great to deal with. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Ashgrove for a month while our house was having some repairs made. James and Rebecca were very quick to reply and helpful when needed. The place was clean, the location was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable. We would recommend staying here! 5 stars 🙂

The most perfect and serene spot in a fabulous location. We were delighted with our stay and everything was easy… from chatting to Jeanette, checking in, and being in the location which was for us the perfect balance of being tucked away in a quiet leafy street while also being a 2 minute walk to the coffee shop and so close to all that Paddington has to offer. Modern and clean, great kitchen if needed and comfy bed & great water pressure in the shower. Looking forward to coming back to stay next time we are in Brisbane!

Alison was an extremely thoughtful hostess. She left us oat milk (after inquiring about our preference), a small bag of gourmet chocolate and a fresh box of tea. Her kitchen was well stocked with Miele oven and stove top, and even a Thermomix TM31. I own a TM5 and TM6 so I really appreciate a fellow Thermomix user! She is very responsive, very attentive, and made our stay a breeze. The place is situated at the riverside within minutes of walk to the foodie center of West End, while being sandwiched by two decent supermarkets - Woolworths and Aldi. I cannot ask for a better accommodation while vacationing in Brisbane. Highly recommend her place to anyone seeking a memorable vacation.

Lovely place, highly recommend it. Great location, a lovely home with everything you need on a quiet street. The property is fully self-contained and separate upstairs, with a laundry and carpark downstairs that is shared with the hosts. Hosts were super helpful and responsive via the app. Book it, you won't regret!

Christos was a great host, kept in touch within the hour when clarifications ate needed. He held our deposit and honoured our even though we had to unexpectedly cancel the booking due to Cyclone Alfred. We will defined book with Christos again

Jackie was beyond the nicest host ever !! She was always so pleasant, and replied super fast to help in anyway she could. The place was lovely, quaint, and homey. The neighborhood is wonderful for kids. We throughouly enjoyed all the wildlife everyday and loved the serenity of the woods backing her place. The greenery and ambeince was truly relaxing. A wonderfully perfect stay!

Barnaby was truly amazing! He was very accommodating to me and my little family from beginning to end. He checked in to see if we needed new sheets, which was great. I think the only things that were a tiny downfall was not having a spare clothes rack to dry our clothes and a few bathmats to change over (I used one of our own towels and alternated) and some face washes to wash our daughters face in the shower before bed. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay!!

We stayed at this Airbnb while my young child was undergoing surgery nearby, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place during such a stressful time. The home was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, which made all the difference. The beds were cozy and supportive, and the entire space was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. It truly felt like a safe haven during a difficult week. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe; perfect for rest and peace of mind. Andy was also wonderfully kind and responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. I’m so grateful we found this place and will absolutely stay again in any future visits to Brisbane.

Our family loved the stay at Al's place. Had everything we wanted for a family of 4 including our own space (3 large bedrooms), air con (thank goodness!l) and fans, excellent kitchen for cooking with all the appliances, big tv and the location was perfect for us for golf and theme parks. Kids absolutely loved the pool, plus we made use of the gym & sauna. Walkable to shops, golf, cafes and bars. Al responded quickly to all messages and info provided was excellent. What more could you want?! Honestly, was excellent for us and would stay again when we come back. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cynthia’s place. It was new, tidy, quiet, very comfortable and great location if you are planning to do the themed parks. I left my charger behind and Cynthia was great communicating and happy to post it back to me. I highly recommend staying there!

Larissa's townhouse was bright, spacious and well presented. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and sparkling. The outdoor area is perfect to enjoy the weather and a great space for pets. The town house is situated in a quiet area, a short walk to parks, a lovely cafe and the bay. Larissa's communication was friendly and prompt. We enjoyed our 3 day stay in this lovely town house.

Spent two nights here with our family last week. Really clean and quiet place for us all to spend some time. The front yard, although small, has a nice BBQ area and place to relax. The 3rd bedroom, which we did not use is in the garage, so be aware of that if you need to use it but it all looked to be in very good shape. The living area downstairs worked really well for us as a group.
