"Gourdon" is a beautifully restored Victorian Weatherboard home, Circa 1910. It has a recent extension that offers modern conveniences, including ducted heated and cooling, remote controlled blinds, a pool, new bathrooms and kitchen. Located in Central Bendigo, this is the perfect location for any activities in town, only a 5 minute walk to the CBD.
