My little house is an affordable overnight stay with ideal location. Turn off and find the home at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

Perfect for the solo traveler looking to stay secluded or for the golf group looking to stay comfortably. There is a bed on the lower floor in a separate room with a door. On the upper floor, there are four beds in an open plan (no doors). The parking space is shared with the property owner, but there is room for more cars if needed. (Charging box available). We welcome you after 5 pm or by arrangement.

Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

The apartment is in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops - making it easy to plan your stay. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific requests. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included.
