Great location with an amazing view! Perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The accommodation is lovely, superb views over Loch Tay. Upstairs area is very spacious, well equipped throughout. Thoughtful touches left such as tea, coffee, sugar, shortbread and milk. Kim also messaged to let us know the place would be ready earlier than the listed checkin time which we really appreciated.

La promesse de la vue était fabuleuse et nous avons pas été déçus. Si vous recherchez un endroit paisible et isolé, c’est l’endroit parfait. Il n’est pas parfaitement placé si vous cherchez les endroits touristiques à visiter mais le lieu se suffit à lui même pour quelques nuits et il est parfait pour se reposer et profiter du calme. Les chambres et pièces de vie sont très belles et bien décorées. Merci de mettre une belle maison comme ça à disposition.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed - both the beauty of the surroundings and the house itself with gorgeous views and unique design and decor. Cozy living room with great view. Basically two master bedrooms. Great kitchen and dining room. Nice deck if weather permits. Close to railway walking path. I even caught four brown trout from shore just across the lake. Highly recommend!

We loved the quiet rural setting on the loch with colours changing in the light all day long. The villages and towns in the area had some good restaurants and we found many places for long walks. The facilities at the house were adequate for cooking and leisure. The only downside, which did not affect us really, were some peculiarities that we've never before encountered in the many airBNBs we have rented in the past: several rooms, closets and cupboards were locked and off-limits; and many rather unnecessary "polite advice" signs posted. In our previous experience, the number of guests has had no effect on access.

Highly recommend lovely house with great view, all like new inside, was a great place to base ourselves for exploring the area. Tony was very responsive and all instructions very clear and friendly check in.

Rock Cottage was a great ‘study camp’ for my daughter in the run-up to her exams. The house was immaculate and very much a home from home. The beds were very comfortable. The highlight, though, is outdoors - the wild garden is enchanting and full of bird life - we loved sitting in the sun room watching the swallows outside, followed by the bats at dusk. It’s in a very peaceful location but only a short drive to Kenmore or Aberfeldy for shops and restaurants. We’d love to be back!

George was an excellent host, providing a warm welcome and great communication in advance of our visit. This is a wonderful house in a beautiful location, and perfect for groups of all ages. Plenty of bathrooms and rooms for relaxing. We enjoyed a week here in mid-June. There were nine adults at one stage, and there was space for us all. I highly recommend Zippity-do-da to anyone visiting this part of Scotland.

First of all, thank you Fiona for having us in your place. You have been such a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is lovely and comfortable. Home away from home. We love hearing the birds in the backyard and just relaxing.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Familie kennengelernt. Lisa,Andrew und ihre beiden Kinder kann man einfach nur ins Herz schließen. Unsere Tage dort waren wundervoll und die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was benötigt wird und wir freuen uns, dass wir alle kennenlernen durften. Wir hoffen, dass wir uns bald mal wieder sehen . Wenn wir das nächste mal in der Nähe Urlaub machen, dann wieder bei Lisa,Andrew und den Kindern.

Pristine and super comfortable hideaway in beautiful surroundings. The place is better than the photos portray. Very very comfortable bed and lovely & bright living space. Very private including a lovely little outdoor area to relax in the sunshine. The shed with freezer and dryer was very useful for storing bikes. Leanne & Darrin were very responsive and helpful. The location is superb for exploring right from the door or for going further afield. We loved it so much we’ve booked for next year. Such a restorative place to stay.

Sarah’s cozy, clean home was so comfortable and practical! The beds were so comfy! Our hostess was very responsive to any inquiries we gave her. Having the crib/ cot already set up for us was such a hospitable touch. We loved taking our morning coffee in the cozy window seat and soaking in the stunning views!

Brilliant stay in a fabulous location, Having stayed in the area for over 10 years on fishing trips this is the best, absolutely spotless lovely and cosy with views to die for, be it wildlife or weather watching (seen otters on the last day) it’s hard to move from the sofa or even put the tv on looking out the big picture window also it has the comfiest bed ever. The location is also excellent being close to Oban for restaurants, shopping etc but also for a lovely drives north to Glencoe etc also 2 mins away from the fabulous beach at Ledaig with its amazing views. Lovely little touches too, flowers and welcome pack with shortbread, tea, coffee milk and sugar to get you started. Will definitely be returning If I can loved it x.

Chris and Sarah’s place is easily one of the finest Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The place has everything you needed and more! (Thank you for the Scottish Shortbread biscuits). The panoramic views are breathtaking, our only regret is not having more time to have a cup of tea at the front yard. Above all, Chris and Sarah’s warmth made us feel instantly at home. Their hospitality set a new standard for us, and we’ll be recommending their getaway to any friends traveling to this part of the world!

Perfect place for us in Ullapool - spacious, well located, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed (and more). Topher gave us very helpful recommendations and helped us plan our walks and drives over the time we were there. We had a great time. Much appreciated!

Jakki and Andy's apartment is a marvellous place to stay - they were very flexible with our changing plans and the place itself was spectacularly clean and well set up with everything anyone could need! We would definitely stay here again - thanks so much!

This garden cottage was straight out of a romantic fairytale! The gorgeous garden surrounding the cottage and the view of the water and misty rolling hills framed perfectly by a stone wall and ivy were just breathtaking (especially while sitting in the wood fire heated hot tub). The cottage itself was incredibly cozy. We had nearly gotten stranded on Islay with car issues and we weren’t even sure we’d get to enjoy this stop on our holiday. By the time we arrived, we were completely exhausted from the chaos of the previous 24 hours so this relaxing and welcoming space was exactly what we needed to decompress. ☺️ The cottage was well equipped and very clean! We had everything we needed and then some. Caroline was an exceptional host. She was remarkably responsive and lovely to interact with both prior to our stay (when we weren’t sure we’d be able to make it) and during our stay! Anyone with the opportunity to stay here, should absolutely do it! Thank you for everything, Caroline!!

Comfortable well appointed accommodation in a beautiful area. Easy walk to visitors centre, viaduct and railway station. Host provided comprehensive instructions and recommendations. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Old Laundry.

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is gorgeous and cosy - we felt so at home! Everything was pristine and excellently equipped. The location is remote with beautiful views of the surrounding fields and hills, and allows you to completely switch off. We loved every moment, already scheduling in a return :)

Lovely place, with lovely hosts. We only regretted having to leave too early for our next destination ☺️ Ian and Linda are extremely nice. Very flexible. The place was super comfortable and clean. Linda’s place was one of the best air bnb stays we’ve had across countries. And we have travelled quite a lot (Europe, South Africa, USA, South Asian countries). The property was amazing, beside the river, easy to find, real luxurious, cozy, spacious, peaceful, with all amenities, and peaceful. We were 2 couples (1 from India & 1 UK) travelling via our car from London to Edinburg, Isle of Skye, Fort William and back. We thoroughly loved our stay at Linda’s place. Just remember that, the place is far from convenience stores & restaurants (20 min drive), hence advisable to plan food arrangements, though the kitchen is amazing with all facilities. The host was really proactive and responsive. The deck overlooking the river is an amazing place to hang out. So much to say but all in all a great place to stay and rejuvenate . Hats off to Linda and her family for maintaining this amazing place as such. Would love to come back again as well.

John's place is just incredible. We spent 2 nights here and had a lovely stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The washer and dryer work well. The cottage has so many personal touches, definitely an A+ for comfort. The fresh flowers and champagne left for us just added to our delight with the place.

This was our second stay, such a beautiful location, peaceful and serene, had everything we needed, nice walk to the castle, great location for Skye and nice train journey to Inverness, definitely recommend, hope to be back again
