Beautiful, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept plot of Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cosy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to far into the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. During the winter months it can get chilly in the house as it is not winterproof insulated. (Sweaters & finches a must).

We rent a studio in an old, stylish Ticino house with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore 10 minutes from Locarno. The studio has a separate entrance, a private bathroom and small kitchen, as well as a private terrace. The covered balcony with the great view can be shared and invites you in summer as well as in winter, day and night.

A well-lit sleeping area features a spacious bed with decorative pillows and a colorful patterned throw. Soft lighting accents the white walls and exposed wooden beams. A shelf holds decorative items, while a nearby window allows natural light to filter in.
