Very beautiful apartment with all what we needed. The hosts are very friendly and answered our questions quickly. We would 100% recommend this place :)

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views. It was superbly equipped. Christine and the owners were very nice. We will definitely rent this apartment again.

Perfect apartment for a family with all the necessary equipment (children's room, games, comforters), very clean, great bedding, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and a little extra: eco products! The apartment is very well soundproofed and has a large balcony terrace. The river and bike paths (especially the one that connects to Ponte Brolla for a swim in a beautiful corner of the river) are very close, which makes it a real plus. The old town is also a few minutes' walk away. Dhara is super responsive and very kind. His instructions are very clear, which allows for a stress-free arrival. In addition, she provides a binder containing maps, brochures of the various things to do in the area, good addresses, etc. For our family stay, this was the perfect place to stay!

It was a great stay. We were received directly very friendly by Fernanda. Communication was prompt and extremely friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful, right by the lake, and cafes, restaurants, etc. are the best served by car. Thank you very much for a great time!

Very nice, largely practically furnished and spacious apartment with eastern lake views from balcony, dining area and kitchen. Check-in was simply organized, but be sure to pay attention to the floor and side details (2nd floor, left apartment!). Many stairs or a steep road lead to the village, there are a supermarket, restaurants and several gas stations. Beautiful walk (about 30 min) to the local Sacro Monte Chapel. The communication with Katherine was good, she was helpful. Thank you, happy to come again!

The communication with Daniel was totally friendly and reliable. Check-in and checkout were straightforward. The house is very nicely located and has a lot of turnaround. It is equipped with everything it takes to feel comfortable during the holidays. The host is very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt welcome and enjoyed the stay. Our stay with our dogs at Simona's was great. The place is as described. It is worth arriving with a backpack and a car that is not lowered. The accommodation has everything, including the basics for cooking (salt, sugar, various spices), a vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, shower soaps and fire lighters. We didn't miss anything. The view is worth it and with the sound of the nearby forest you can unwind wonderfully.

The place was ideal for 2 couples with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was there and more. It was clean and it had a spacious terrace with a one million dollar view. Well-equipped kitchen, wood for fireplace were ready. Christoph gave us tips and he was accommodating at check-in and checkout. Thank you for the lovely stay - we will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and beautifully renovated home! The space is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, and the kitchen was well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the lovely jasmine scent that greeted us each time we came in, adding a relaxing and fresh touch. The outdoor area is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully set up for relaxing in the evening. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away yet close to so many things to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely return!

Beautiful stay, very clean house. A bottle of wine and fruit as a welcome. Very good grotto 2 minutes walk. Very quiet.

Great location, right on the lake above an osteria. Totally quiet in November. The apartment offers everything you need. And yet: there is a bathroom with (very small) bathtub (although no photo of it is published) .👍🏻

Despite the beautiful photos in the listing, we were surprised by the space and beauty of the apartment as well as the magnificent view of the large glass windows on the lake and the city. We particularly liked the modern layout, all held in white, gray and a few red elements. The 2 modern bathrooms with spacious showers as well as large closets were built in behind the sliding doors, leaving a large blank space for the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped in a luxurious way. The location of the apartment is perfect: We were able to park in a reserved space in front of the building; 7 min. to go into town. Without a car we took the funicular at about 500m or the bus at 100m. We'd love to come back for a future stay.

Great location, clean, nice garden to linger and quiet. Could check in an hour earlier and use the underground parking space.
