Very beautiful apartment with all what we needed. The hosts are very friendly and answered our questions quickly. We would 100% recommend this place :)

Our stay went very well. Just maybe clarify that the sofa bed is more for a child because it's not very comfortable. The place is very nice, mountain views, beautiful terrace, washing machine in the studio very convenient. Quiet place while being close to the center of Lugano. I would recommend this place without hesitation. The host was responsive and available.

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views. It was superbly equipped. Christine and the owners were very nice. We will definitely rent this apartment again.

Our stay went perfectly smoothly. The accommodation is close to all the main tourist sites in the area (Come, Lugano, Morcotte, etc.) and has a beautiful lake view. Fabio and Inna are attentive and always available as needed. We will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

Hosts were VERY responsive at any time of day. Space is great for two people, or for a family with older children. Unfortunately not very convenient for anyone with a lot of luggage or stroller. Too many stairs to climb up with all your things. We later discovered that we could take an elevator from the lower garage in the complex (located next to their swimming pool inside) and take the elevator to the second floor. Wish we knew about that option when we checked in- would’ve made our lives a lot easier( but there were still a few steps either way to have to lug all of your things up). But for anyone that is traveling light, this place is great for you. Located next to train station. Just be aware that it is up high, so you will be walking uphill and downhill to get to anything/ anywhere- which was very tough for us with all of our luggage and small child in stroller. All in all the space was pleasant and what we were looking for - aside for the issue with stairs and uphill from everyt

Fantastic stay! The accommodations were comfortable, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches in the space. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay with our dogs at Simona's was great. The place is as described. It is worth arriving with a backpack and a car that is not lowered. The accommodation has everything, including the basics for cooking (salt, sugar, various spices), a vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, shower soaps and fire lighters. We didn't miss anything. The view is worth it and with the sound of the nearby forest you can unwind wonderfully.

The place was ideal for 2 couples with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was there and more. It was clean and it had a spacious terrace with a one million dollar view. Well-equipped kitchen, wood for fireplace were ready. Christoph gave us tips and he was accommodating at check-in and checkout. Thank you for the lovely stay - we will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and beautifully renovated home! The space is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, and the kitchen was well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the lovely jasmine scent that greeted us each time we came in, adding a relaxing and fresh touch. The outdoor area is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully set up for relaxing in the evening. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away yet close to so many things to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely return!

Stay of three families (6 adults, 7 toddlers - 1 to 5 years). We rented all three houses and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The Rustici are well equipped and the outdoor area is very cozy. We didn't miss anything. 👌🏼

Very nice house, Romana is very available, great hosting. We recommend this beautiful place, plenty of room for 4 people.

This property is immersed in nature and promises a glorious view and absolute tranquility. The hilly area is wonderful to explore on steep hiking trails. The rustico was clean and cozy, basic amenities are available. There is no refrigerator, but you can enjoy the luxury of a warm shower. There is light in the house, but I would recommend bringing a lantern for outside. Romina is very friendly and showed us everything, communication was straightforward. I'd love to come back.

Great location, right on the lake above an osteria. Totally quiet in November. The apartment offers everything you need. And yet: there is a bathroom with (very small) bathtub (although no photo of it is published) .👍🏻

Despite the beautiful photos in the listing, we were surprised by the space and beauty of the apartment as well as the magnificent view of the large glass windows on the lake and the city. We particularly liked the modern layout, all held in white, gray and a few red elements. The 2 modern bathrooms with spacious showers as well as large closets were built in behind the sliding doors, leaving a large blank space for the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped in a luxurious way. The location of the apartment is perfect: We were able to park in a reserved space in front of the building; 7 min. to go into town. Without a car we took the funicular at about 500m or the bus at 100m. We'd love to come back for a future stay.

Great location, clean, nice garden to linger and quiet. Could check in an hour earlier and use the underground parking space.

It was pleasant, but it was a bit cold and the window didn't close and maybe you could offer a little more things like snacks, hair dryer or what you just need in everyday life. So for 170.- you could just get more providers otherwise it was very nice.

Central location, quiet, walkable, very practical choice when visiting Locarno as a family
