The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

For our guests, it is a space for retreat, relaxation, comfort, own kitchen, sunny living area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (crib available). Beautiful, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept plot of Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cosy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to far into the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. During the winter months it can get chilly in the house as it is not winterproof insulated. (Sweaters & finches a must).
