Totally exceeded our expectations! Janine is very, very helpful and quick to respond. The views are stunning. The place is better than the photos. It is so spacious and well equipped. Plus there is lots to do. We had two toddlers with us and they were never bored. Highly, highly recommend a stay here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am See und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht – perfekt für ruhige Morgenkaffees oder entspannte Abende am Wasser. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch, ideal zum Abschalten und Natur genießen. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber – freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit von Anfang bis Ende. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Coedfa Hall and the small adjoining house exceeded expectations - it is the most beautiful old house, full of character and charm with more than a dollop of old-world glamour and grandure....everything felt so special and yet we felt right at home. Our host had clearly thought so carefully about meeting guests' needs, with everything you need for a big family get together - well-equipped kitchen, amazing dining room, roaring fires, comfy sofas and a beautiful garden with multiple scenic sitting spots. Such a fantastic place, and amazing walks direct from the house! We will be back for another multi-generational gathering very soon!

We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

Gorgeous lodge, walking distance to the beach. Lodge is set in a caravan park but is private and fenced off with a separate entrance. Really quiet and peaceful area. Loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely loved our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Check in easy and friendly. Large parking area, and pool for swimming if the weather is on your side. Views from the cottage fantastic on a clear day. Great location for access to Snowdon and lovely scenic towns to visit. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

Set away from the crowds the cottage was an idyllic spot to take in the ambience of the beautiful mountainous countryside. The cottage was very spacious with lovely touches such as cake, flowers & fresh milk in the fridge. The master bedroom was very comfortable and the entire property was very homely and inviting. Although the weather prevented us from eating breakfast outside the views from the dining room table were equally as stunning. It also had a stocked games cupboard, which led to an intense Tiddlywinks battle. We were only here for one night, but we would not hesitate a return stay. Once we had returned home we received a message from the host informing us that we had left a coat behind. Graciously they helped return it, which we really appreciated.

Walking distance for our ride on the Blaenau Ffestiniog railway. A visit to Port Mereirion and Swallow Falls at Betws-y-Coed. Thank you Emma a comfortable cottage after a hard day sightseeing.

Karen was a friendly and responsive host, helping us out whenever needed. The property is remote but in a lovely location, with stunning views of the Snowdonia. It is really quiet and the property was a fantastic base for our family holiday and adventures in Wales.

Had a lovely relaxing stay at Len's house, the jacuzzi was an excellent addition, positioned perfectly to enjoy the beautiful views. Waking up and having a cup of tea enjoying all the birds in the garden was perfect. Len was a very responsive host, nothing was too much trouble, and when we discovered the TV wasn't working on the first night, he sorted it out very quickly. House was as described and well equipped for anyone's stay. Lots to do and see around this area so it's a great base for exploring. Would recommend this property to anybody thinking of travelling to the area, lots of lovely places to eat also.

Incredible stay at Jan & Chris' lovely house. The interiors were lovely, clean, modern and cosy, and it was extremely well equipped including a very generous breakfast offering which saved us going to the shops! Also very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again if we're ever back in the area! Thanks so much.

A wonderful stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. A lovely warm and welcoming property with beautiful views. A peaceful location but still easy to access the many things to do in the area. The garden was lovely, safe for the dogs and I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. The cottage had everything you could ask for utensil and equipment wise, even dog bowls. We didn’t use the washing machine much but great to have it and the tumble dryer if needed. The garage was large and great for storage of kit. Parking for our large car wasn’t a problem but we did use only have one vehicle. A previous review said the house was tired and dated in places. You could see this in places if looking for it, but we saw a wonderfully comfortable and welcoming property which was a brilliant base for our holiday. We were a party of 4 with 3 dogs and had plenty of space. We would definitely recommend and would check here first when we return to the area. Thank you!

Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay with my family , 5 adults , 1 child and 2 toddlers. Beautiful house 🏠, spotlessly clean and plenty of room for everyone. Great kitchen / dining area , huge tv , pool table in the lounge area and really comfy beds , also great outdoor play area for the kids. Really quiet and peaceful location but with a great pub in walking distance. Couldn’t fault anything 10/10

We had a lovely stay here, Tania and Jonathan (and Mya the dog!) were lovely and helpful. Home was just as described, if not better! Would definitely recommend as an escape from a busy town! The turn onto the lane was a bit tricky to navigate and the wifi wasn’t great but the rest absolutely made up for it. A gorgeous few days! ☺️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guto's place! Ela and Guto were exceptional hosts, always available to assist if needed, but everything was so well-organized that we never had to reach out. The spacious layout was perfect for our group of ten, allowing everyone to relax without feeling crowded. We appreciated the various breakout areas, which provided a lovely sense of privacy when desired. The kids especially loved the expansive outdoor space, and the surprise visit from the cows in the nearby field was truly delightful! The breathtaking views from nearly every angle of the house added to the charm of our stay. With ample amenities at our disposal, we never found ourselves lacking for anything. The thoughtful welcome basket was a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. Overall, our experience was nothing short of wonderful, and we look forward to returning!

We had a fantastic stay here! Very clear instructions and simple check in and out. Outdoor decking space was amazing as we had fab weather for our stay and the bedroom sea view was beautiful!

From opening the door at Peach House we felt like we were at home. First impressions were that it was clean, and as we cook a lot when we are away we noticed we had all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc available. We loved the crisp bedding as well and the lovely dressing gowns available to wear. Peach House is a great base as well to look around the island. Lauren as our host was so helpful and friendly to us as well in providing local recommendations to get our car fixed as it had some problems when we arrived. All in all we had a fabulous time with our two dogs, would highly recommend. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ .

Y Gweithdy definitely exceeded expectations - none of us thought the photos did it justice, but it was just what we wanted and extremely comfortable, with everything you might need for a stay. Sonia was very helpful and very responsive - a brilliant host. We already knew the location well, but it's a perfect location to be able to explore everything North Wales has to offer easily by car (or by train). Not a criticism, but we were all used to king/queen size beds, so found the transition to smaller doubles tricky for the first couple of nights, however the bedding and sheets were very comfy. 10/10 stay, will hope to be back!

Stayed here for a few days on a walking holiday. The location was absolutely stunning and the place was very charming and clean. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us and even lent us some walking boots when we had problems with ours. Would absolutely recommend, would love to go back in future!
