A conveniently located and cozy apartment. It's very well equipped. Begoña is attentive and kind at all times and we loved her recommendations for visiting the surrounding areas. A great stay!

The house is small but with everything you need. The garden is very spacious and for dogs the barbecue is great. The location is very quiet and independent and close to Playa el huevo frito, you can walk there in 3 minutes and there is also a specific dog beach at the end of Marzan beach. Lots of walking areas and great sea views.

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt right at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary amenities around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

I will definitely be back in Suances and if America has her apartment available, I'll be there. The apartment is beautiful, with good views, and a good location (near the promenade). It has all the comforts to make you feel at home. He even left us bread, muffins, and coffee... all so that you can have breakfast the next day (and a few more days). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings, and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. Great place to stay. Sergio was a brilliant and responsive host. Beach was so close by with others close driving distance. Pool was amazing and our 1 year old enjoyed the baby pool. No shops in walking distance was the only downside.

We felt right at home. Manuel was very kind and helpful from the time of booking. My partner and I went with the child for a few days to get closer to Cabárceno and it was a success, it was very close and in the area we had everything.

Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant: quiet location, everything needed available with sweet details from our hostess. Information from the region is available and communication with Sonia is very smooth. Thank you Sonia, we enjoyed our stay!

This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. They were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

What a wonderful place! hard to imagine ever getting tired of the views across the river to San Vicente town with the beach in the foreground and the Picos de Europa mountains in the background from this wonderful little apartment. Great communication throughout - would absolutely love to come back.

A last minute booking led us to discovering this property and location, if you want wild beach and not a lot more it is perfect. Supermarkets are only a 15 mins away. For autumn surf it was simply epic

Muchas gracias, Tico! The place is beautiful despite the old building - it has total charm. ☺️ In front of the window you can hear the peaceful sheep and have a great view of the sea. Tico was very communicative and friendly. The journey works well with a campervan, but a larger car does not fit through the narrow streets. We felt very comfortable all around!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for both everyday living and cooking (the only thing missing was a kettle, but that wasn’t a big deal). The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many cafes around. The host Pablo was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
