In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

You will find charm and authenticity in this 2-room apartment (no elevator, 2nd floor) located in an 18th century building. In the city center with shops, restaurants, tourist office, laundry etc. Rives-en-Seine is located between Rouen and Le Havre, you can discover the banks of the Seine and its bike path, its forests, the Brotonne Bridge and its museum (Muséoseine), its surroundings Saint Wandrille (Abbey), Villequier (Victor Hugo Museum), the Marais Vernier, Jumièges...

Small 2-room in the countryside.

Small 2-room apartment totally independent of our home. 2 rooms plus an entrance, recent and very well-equipped, in the countryside, ideal for discovering inland Normandy. Located on the ground floor, covered south-facing terrace offering a beautiful outdoor space in any season. Our property is secluded, in the countryside with no other homes around. Accommodation for 2 adults (or 1 of course) but not suitable for small children. No Electric Car Recharge possible

The atmosphere is bucolic, the antique decoration offers all the comforts you'll need to recharge your batteries in the countryside!

Located in the heart of the charming historic village of Bec Hellouin and less than 100 meters from its abbey, this small 27 m2 apartment is nestled under the roofs of a typical house in the region. Private parking, Wi-Fi, a flat screen offering more than 200 French and foreign channels as well as access to Netflix are at your disposal free of charge. PLEASE NOTE, the access staircase may not be suitable for people with mobility issues (see photos).

Independent accommodation located on a common property with the owners, without shared ownership, enclosed wooded land, parking, electric gate. The pool to be shared with the owners is outdoors, uncovered, it is open and heated from JUNE to mid-September (depending on weather conditions). 3 km away is the village of Monfort/Risle, various shops (bakery, supermarket). Activities: canoeing, forest hiking, tree climbing, greenway)

Close to a waterway, you can recharge your batteries by enjoying magnificent walks and hiking trails, naturist accepted. A few minutes from Bec Hellouin, come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature in a quiet and relaxing setting, surrounded by trees and birdsong. Guests can take advantage of the proximity to many hiking trails, springs and rivers, as well as the valley's tourist attractions. And for those who love water, the sea is less than an hour away (Honfleur, Deauville...) as well as a nautical base 10 minutes away!
