Golden Isles Getaway Marsh View

A Great Vacation Rental, centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community next to the Sea Palms Golf Resort. This is a 2 bedroom, with a King in one and queen in the other , 2 bath, washer-dryer, kitchen and living space combo and has a nice little sitting room that has a perfect view of the marsh. The condo backs up to the marsh, has a large deck that faces east, and makes it enjoyable to watch the beautiful sunrises we have . Quiet and peaceful makes it a great getaway spot !

I’ve filled this small space with a giant personality of art I’ve collected over the years- whether it’s the Japanese 1970’s dinnerware or the stack of books on modern art and education, you’ll feel like you’re staying in a bit of a library, with vibrant colors abound, tucked in a quiet street but within walking distance to great food and live music. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.

We had such a wonderful time at Caleb’s home. This was one of the best stocked places I’ve ever rented. They had everything you could need. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was perfect in the evenings. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. My friends and I were extremely happy here and would love to come back again. Not one complaint!

Cynthia was friendly and helpful and proactive in anticipating our needs. The cottage was clean and inviting and exactly as the listing described. We would absolutely stay here again!
