Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The outdoor area and sauna (for a fee) are available for use. The apartment is only 4 km from the historic city center of Bad Münstereifel. Relaxation - Sports - Nature - Shopping

Our beautiful apartment (70 square meters) is quietly and idyllically located near the forest. To enjoy the picturesque Volcanic Eifel, hiking on the Eifelsteig (stages 7-8), the Krimi hiking trail, the rock and Celtic path and in the Lampertstal. The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.

Fancy the Eifel? The feel-good holiday home was awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association e.V. in February, 2024 according to the quality criteria of the DTV classification. In 2023, the house was further renovated and equipped with a lot of love for detail. The house is ideal for beautiful walks, right on the nature reserve. The Eifelsteig hiking trails nearby are also popular. The Eifel offers many excursions nearby and further afield.

Petite maison contemporaine en bois, à la grande cheminée de pierre, elle offre une belle chambre double et une plus petite chambre attenante séparée du séjour par un rideau.
