The brick house, surrounded by forest on each side, is located on a half-hectare, spacious plot. The house is an open gallery house. There are no enclosed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the rays of sunshine from spring to autumn and is gladly used.
