Completely new, cozy 2 rooms.-Whg in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, Wi-Fi, Wama&Trockner as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels including children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always on the popular and with very nice shops walking down Warendorfer Straße. The favorite nightlife area in the Südstadt and harbor are also easy.

Located in the middle of nature in a corridor between the Gees forestry service and the Mantingerveld, with unobstructed views of land. Our farmhouse was completely newly built in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a holiday home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.
