Der einzigartige Loft-Charakter ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt für 2 Personen mit der Möglichkeit der Unterbringung einer dritten Person.

The proximity to the city center offers many possibilities for excursions, for example 5 minutes walking distance from Emslandarena. Train station 10 minutes and center also 10 minutes away. Dortmund-Ems Canal for bike routes is almost at your doorstep and offers beautiful routes.

The apartment in Langen in southern Emsland near Lingen is located in a quiet area and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment on the upper floor is fully equipped and has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a living room with TV and fireplace, a conservatory, a terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill as well as two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower as well as a washing machine.

Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.
