Beautiful bright apartment, about 100 sqm, is located on the 1st floor of our beautiful country house villa. The separate entrance is accessible via an external staircase. Large living room with dining table, 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower room and terrace. Optimal transport connection, 3 min. to the Kerpen A4/A61 motorway junction, Cologne West with shopping center in about 12 min. Phantasialand Brühl approx. 15min., Brühler Schloss ca. 20 min., S-Bahn connection in the neighbouring village, approx. 20 min. to Cologne main station.

A beautiful view of Cologne from the 27th floor

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.
