The Lumber Yard Cottage is a cozy hidden retreat tucked away from the road. Within walking distance of all Mineral Point has to offer. The farmette is conveniently located 2 miles from town, set off the road, and through the woods. The cottage is located on the edge of our woodland area. Tranquil space full of natural light. Private basement apartment with washer and dryer. Keypad entry. We live in a neighborhood there can be occasional dogs barking, lawnmowers going and traffic noises you'd expect to hear. The apartment is in the basement of our home, you’ll hear some foot traffic from above. Quiet hours after 10pm. 10 minute drive to Governor Dodge state park 10 minute drive to historic Mineral Point 20 minute drive to Spring Green.
