The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

The Lidl is 5 minutes away. The Hatertse Vennen are within walking distance of the house. More need for the coziness of the center? In 20 minutes, you can reach the city center of Nijmegen by car. The Goffert, the Radboud UMC and the CWZ , are 15 minutes away. Relax and slow down in this beautiful, stylish space.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy district of Bottendaal with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the central station, city center and the Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also not a problem. The street is quiet and green. Our place in the countryside exudes peace & a relaxed atmosphere and is located in close proximity to forests and recreational lakes. The house has been furnished in luxury, equipped with comfortable beds, rain shower & dishwasher. In the summer there is a swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m in the garden ( 1.30 / 1.40 m deep), where you can swim in.
