The location was perfect for a weekend getaway! The host is very friendly and communicative. The place feels like a bed a breakfast and I will definitely stay here again!

We loved Catalina's place and felt right at home. It's a beautiful location that's easily walkable from everything there is to see in Boothbay Harbor. Catalina was also extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first B&B, and went went perfectly ! Everything was as described and better , the hosts were very very helpful, responsive and welcomed us when we arrived. I'll definitely be staying there again soon, because it was perfect. Downtown Boothbay is right down the road and there is so much to see and do, I highly recommend this gem of a location. We absolutely loved staying at the Come Spring apartment! The place was clean, stocked with amenities and necessities, and optimally located. Ruthie was attentive and caring, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our stay!

Easy-to-find location, beautifully designed apartment, squeaky clean kitchen, and a VERY comfortable bed. It is an older and creakier building, so you can hear the people above and around you, but it didn’t impact sleep. Heather was also accommodating to a last-minute late checkout, which was really appreciated. Highly, highly recommend.

This place was spectacular! It had everything we needed to getaway for a few days, and had the cutest garden surrounding the area of the space. The host also provided a great binder with information about the time, shortcuts, and the local birds you might see when staying there! Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was fabulous. We have vacationed in the Bristol area with our small grandchildren several times and loved it but this time was the best . There is nothing more wondrous than being on a real farm with small kids. The view from the kitchen window is of a gentle hillside with sheep and the barnyard with cows and ducks and geese. I bought a copy of charlottes web at the extraordinary second hand book store inDamariscotta and and read it aloud to my 5-year-old grand daughter while we were there and she loved and could understand it because of being on a farm. The inside of the living space is open and spacious because of the high pitched ceilings. It was very clean and Helen and Jeff are warm and generous,explaining things and letting kids feed the chickens and brush the cows and showing them the Christmas tree part of the farm. Yet we never felt any lack of privacy. We found a dozen delicious eggs in the fridge and a sweet jar of wildflowers in the kitchen when we arrived.

Wonderful, cozy, beautiful apartment right in the downtown area of Hallowell. Great location in a charming little city. Highly recommend!

We had the best time at Chloe’s place. We were so comfortable and enjoyed being able to pop over to Reid State Park whenever we wanted. Georgetown was a short drive from a lot of other places we had wanted to visit for a while. Spent the day hopping around between Brunswick, Bath, Damariscotta and Boothbay Harbor. Eros UPick oysters on the drive into Georgetown is a must!

We had an amazing time at Barbara's property! Everything was as described, the pool table was super fun, the beds were comfortable, the waterfront was great, the dog was so excited for her check-in treat and having the firestick TV was great for evening watching. Although we are from Maine and have been to the Boothbay area before, we fell in love with Edgecomb and Damariscotta. Thank you so you for a great stay!

Patrick is a kind and attentive host with a beautiful, bright and airy space right in the heart of downtown Gardiner! Plenty of parking out back along with easy access to highways to go to all the beautiful Maine places.

Julie and Steve's place was a lovely little spot to call home for 2 days while we attended wedding festivities in Boothbay. It was a quiet spot right along the main road that wraps around the harbor. It was "downtown" and easy to walk everywhere, but it was still quiet and private, especially with the bedroom being located at the back of the house. Parking on the premises was easy. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. The apartment requires walking up a rather narrow staircase outside so we were glad that our bags weren't too big and bulky, but we did just fine with it. It was nice to be up on the upper floor to look out into the tree tops and towards the harbor. Everything was clean and light control for potential mornings of sleeping in was effective. Thank you for our stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was clean, quiet, and cozy. I always looked forward to coming “home” because it was so peaceful and the ocean sunsets were so beautiful to watch. You can walk down to the water pretty easily, and the neighborhood is gorgeous as well. We loved it here!

Beautiful stay with perfect amenities. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit in Boothbay Harbor. Will definitely stay with them again for our next trip!

We stayed at Andy and Nicole’s place in Boothbay Harbor and we had a great experience! Not only is the location fantastic - within walking distance of nearly everything downtown, but the apartment itself is very charming and decorated very well. We came before New Years and the small Christmas tree in the living room was adorable! Andy and Nicole were also very responsive and flexible when it comes to delaying our check out by an hour. We really appreciated it. It’s also pet friendly, which our labradoodle appreciated - he too had a great time! If you’re thinking of coming to the MidCoast region with a small group of people, don’t think twice and book this place as soon as possible. We’re already thinking of going back sometime in the summer!

We had a fantastic time in Boothbay Harbor! It was our first time there and the hotel and staff were great! The location was wonderful and all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We plan on returning again soon!

My Daughter and I stay at Andrea's often for a get away. We love it there and would definitely recommend the rooms and apt. to anyone!!!

We loved the pool side room. Very clean and private. The accommodation exactly what was described. They provided a charcoal grill upon request so we were able to grill out and enjoy the yard. Hope to take advantage of this gem again in the future.

this exceeded my expectations in every way. The view was absolutely spectacular. this space was clean and exactly what we needed. it was centrally located to downtown area. and had a better view than from most of the other places in town. it was an excellent value for what we paid. we we didn't end up trying the restaurant but it seemed very busy with people the whole time we were there. Great off-season location. not all the restaurants in the area are open but will definitely go again and enjoyed everything we did.
