This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Pacific Pearl - Stunning, Clean, Spacious!

Pacific Pearl is a wonderful vacation home. This home accommodates four couples very easily, and the quiet neighborhood and close walk to the beach is perfect. A sweeping view with cool ocean breezes. Our massive cathedral windows reveal the Pacific Ocean. Note: all fireworks are strictly prohibited now in Lincoln City. One or two well-behaved dogs? fine! No other types of pets, please. Children? Because of stairs, balconies, proximity to water, this is not a 'toddler' friendly home.

Come to the beach, not a cliff. This is one of the few places in Lincoln City you are actually on the beach not on a cliff. You are full of options here on fun things to do or just sit and relax. The home is 2095 sq. ft; upstairs is a large master bedroom, with a small office area with a desk and HP printer.

A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.
