Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

My apartment overlooks the sea, you'll enjoy a stunning view. From the large terrace, beyond the private pine forest, there is the beach and the sea. It is located at the 5th floor of a building with lift. It is very bright and all bedrooms and the living room overlook the sea. During the night you’ll be lulled by the sound of waves on the shore. It 'absolutely perfect for a romantic couple as it is ideal for a family with children.

Simple, but cozy apartment, not new, immersed in the Friulian countryside, suitable for anyone looking for tranquility. In a few kilometers you can reach sea, mountain and river by car and why not, by bike. Just a ten-minute drive away you can also reach the train stations of Latisana and Codroipo. The accommodation is on the ground floor of our residence, this allows us to always be at your disposal. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
