Fantastic place to stay in Bordano. Much bigger than we expected. Perfectly clean with a very generous and kind host. Would happily stay again.

Davide and Alessandra are great hosts and made us feel right at home. The place was everything we hoped for, and Davide spoiled us with a homemade cake, juice, walnut liquor (oh yes!) and great advise on the surroundings. The location is super idyllic and quiet. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Patrizia was truly a blessing. She was very responsive to questions and assisted in some local customs/laws that was truly appreciated…. And just a sweet person. The AirBNB is a primo location for eating, drinking, shopping, and more. You will not be disappointed!

We spent a night at Omar's house, and everything was perfect! The check-in instructions were clearly provided, the apartment reflected what was described and everything was as shown in the photos. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We also found something ready for breakfast, thanks Omar for this service!

We're coming back a second time because it was excellent, excellent.

Communication in advance was super easy and fast. Barbara gave us exact directions, as Navi's supposedly can't find it well. We were able to park the car in the associated parking garage. Barbara then showed us everything, and made us feel very welcome. The best thing was that she put a cake and cake and snacks in the apartment for us, even though we only stayed one night. You almost thought you had booked breakfast. The cliffs and the cliff coast path are super quick and easy to reach on foot, as well as the castle and the harbor can be reached on foot. We were able to leave our car parked after check-out because we drove later. So, absolutely recommended!

Everything you need for a quiet relaxing vacation in Grado :) Shopping right around the corner and with the bikes you can quickly get to the nearest beach or in the old town to enjoy warm evenings! Everything great, thanks!

The house is in an ideal location to move around; Glauco is available, quick to respond and very kind; the interiors are exactly as in the photos; definitely a great experience, highly recommended

Our favourite Airbnb ever! Annamaria's apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean and we loved the decor and furniture. It is very close to the wonderful Alpe Adria cycle path. The area around Tarvisio is stunningly beautiful. Annamaria is very friendly and helpful - we managed to communicate with help from google! Thank you Annamaria for a wonderful stay.

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

Very clean and comfortable apartment a short walk from the center of Pordenone. Communication with the Host has always been quick and easy. Highly recommended.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

The appartment was axcactly as described, and Ales'was very friendly and helpful, also his familiy. The apartment is very nice and clean. The beaches are easily accessible in 5-10 minutes by car. we are enjoyed our time and would love to come back.

Great stay!!! The hosts are very welcoming and very kind both👌🏽 at our surprise arrival there was food in the cupboards and fridge, enough to spend a quiet evening which is great!! because we made the road away it saved us from traveling on the first day to do some shopping which allowed us to rest from our road. We had a great week in Saverio's apartment. The apartment is located in a residential area, very quiet, not far from the sea (15 minutes at a slow pace). At our disposal there was a fenced parking space, the 3 pools (one for children), the playground always in the shade and the bicycles. At a distance of 150 meters there is a supermarket where you can shop. On the large balcony there is a February and the table where you can dine in the cool. Highly recommended!

a huge terrace overlooking expensive villas (which are empty, so it's quiet), 100 meters to the beach - the first zone is PAID, but if you go to the water - then the first line by the water is officially free! lots of greenery, flowers, trees! the shower is OK! 😉 free parking (white line on the asphalt) is not easy to find, but it is possible! There are many restaurants, cafes, shops (there are chain stores with very attractive prices) on the neighboring streets - the next street from the sea and now the most important thing - an unreal price/quality ratio Super!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
