Had a good stay at John's place. Check-in went smooth. Chalet was well equipped, with AC. Lake close by. Easy, fast communication with the host.

Wonderful people! The place is very beautiful The house is stylish, clean and aesthetically pleasing with a functional and comfortable kitchen Everything was clean and easy to use It seems like they thought of everything when it comes to the living environment- from the wine and snacks they left for us on the counter to the appliances kitchenware and tableware We lacked nothing, everything was there in abundance The hosts were super kind and extremely helpful- we felt like we could always reach out and ask for anything and they were happy to assist with everything we needed As people who travel a lot for business, it’s a real joy to find such a place We’ll definitely come back again, maybe even with the family The place itself is picturesque, full of nature and scenic views and truly warms the heart There are also horses- always a lovely bonus because who doesn’t love horses 😉

While Jo was not there Margaret took care of my son and daughter in law and grand daughter very well. The breakfast were huge with a stocked refrigerator and fresh baked bread each morning. The sitting area in the garden was extremely nice and the herb garden was there for us to use! Perfect setting!!!

Accommodation faithful to the photos, very clean accommodation and with the amenities mentioned. Monica was available for check-in, no matter what time. Coffee was available, nice touch! 2 single beds joined together but with very comfortable bedding!

We had a wonderful vacation in Erik's cottage. a nice and cozy cottage with attention to detail. The first necessities of life were present, coffee,tea, towels, shampoo. even a glass of wine and beer for the first thirst. We slept well on a good bed. Erik is a good host, thinks along. It's also nice that there is a garden at the cottage. On the day a little busy due to work traffic but that was probably also due to the beautiful weather. plenty of enjoyed and a lot of cycling in the beautiful surroundings. nice cycling routes nearby. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the two wonderful days in your cottage. The stay in the midst of nature was not only relaxing for me, but also inspiring – a little break that gave me a lot. I love to relax in nature – whether on a walk through the forest, a coffee on the terrace or simply listening to the birds. Your cabin seems to be just the place for it. The cottage is lovingly decorated and radiates exactly the tranquility and security you want in such an environment. I would love to come back if it is possible – be it for another weekend or a slightly longer break. Thanks again for the hospitality and this special place. I sincerely hope I can stop by again soon. In order not to have to share this gem of a home with others, you should actually write a negative review, but.............. I would seriously miss Hans and his home. The house is on the outskirts of a park in the middle of a forest. Among other things, woodpecker, cabbage mine, and robin nest in the garden. The tranquility in the park and the privacy of the plot downright fantastic. The garden is as eclectic as the decor of the house. Outside 3 wonderful places to sit and you discover something new again and again. Inside, the scavenger hunt continues. Certainly no standard decor and maybe not everyone's flavor. In any case, we thought it was very tasteful and every piece of furniture can just tell its own story. We felt very much at home, enjoyed the peace and space. And oh yes, you would almost forget that you can enjoy cycling and hiking nearby! Hans, thank you for your hospitality and the fact that you wanted to share this gem with us!
