Beachfront vacation rentals in Lido di Fermo

Great accommodation: 5 minutes to the station, 5 minutes to the sea, cafes and shops nearby, quiet street. On the first floor, a cool apartment, not hot even when it's +30 outside. The host kindly met us at the station and took us to the apartment. He also provided directions on how to get from the airport. The apartment is clean, tidy, everything is available for living: In the kitchen: coffee, sugar, salt, spices, dishes for all tastes. In the rooms: clean, nice clean bedding In the bathroom: laundry detergents, shampoos, even a few baby diapers. Thank you for the good accommodation!!! I recommend it for a family vacation.

Great experience! I stayed in Tortoreto Lido da Titti and I had a really good time. The house was very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need to spend a quiet vacation. The location is perfect: a stone's throw from the sea, but in a quiet area where you sleep well at night. Titti was an exceptional host: kind, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand if something was needed. Fast and accurate communication, never intrusive but always present at the right time. The house is comfortable, with well-organized spaces, air conditioning, easy parking and even a very useful small balcony. Great for both couples and families. I absolutely recommend staying with her. If I go back to Tortoreto, I'll definitely choose Titti again!

Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you don't need the car anymore. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it goes uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Villagio Tibiceco. The apartment is simple but clean. You can hear the street, highway and train, but the monotonous sounds did not bother us. The view on the hillside is great. The beach and pool are also well maintained and quickly reached. There was nothing in the apartment when we arrived, things for daily use (sponge, soap, oil,...) must be brought or bought on site. We are more than happy to recommend.

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

We had a great time in Lido di Fermo and immediately felt very comfortable in this great penthouse, which offers all the necessary comforts to guests and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of the apartment is the all-round roof terrace with an incredible panoramic view, two outdoor showers and great seating options, which also provide shade at lunch with sea views thanks to the extendable sunshine. Matteo was an attentive host and always responded very quickly to questions and provided us with helpful tips. Thanks for everything - we'll be happy to come back :-D

Couple vacation, beachfront location very convenient access to the beach free and not. Quiet area, many families with children of all ages. Area served walking to various restaurants, pharmacy, tobacco, bank. During the evening walks we had the opportunity to enjoy stalls, markets, beach clubs and for those who like a nice amusement park. Carolina is very helpful and kind, bright and spacious loft, kitchen and bathroom with all the comforts. Three balconies have TV and air conditioning. The many windows in the living room allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea as soon as you wake up.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Host is extremely hospitable-thanks Francesco, ciao. Extremely peaceful and hidden gem in the mountainside off the coast. Highly recommend. Will return.

We got hit by a storm for 3 days which was unfortunate! Also beach activities had closed down - possibly early because of Storm - however we enjoyed the apartment- the decking area is fabulous- as are the views ! Thank you Naty !

The apartment is very nice and spacious, with different types of lighting (a lot of chromotherapy), the location is wonderful, practically on the beach. The terrace is also well equipped with a sitting area and a table with chairs... one thing that I really appreciated is that included in the price there is an umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach right in front and as if that were not enough, the bar/restaurant near the house is really worth it (Filippo restaurant).. we wanted a relaxing holiday with every comfort and we had it... ps: do not miss the sunrise from the immense windows of the living area. The host was always very helpful!

The apartment is very well cared for in detail and very well furnished with quality furniture. The host is kind and thoughtful, greeting you in person. The house has all the amenities such as WiFi, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, air conditioners in the rooms, etc., and there are the essentials and basic amenities. The location of the house is amazing right in front of the waterfront. The equipment is completed by a large garage under the house. I have rarely found all this equipment. Exceptional value for money. My wife and I had a great time. Recommended
