Wir haben es mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt individuell eingerichtet. Die private Terrasse, mit freiem Blick aufs Meer ist großzügig möbliert. Die Villa Federico, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu "Monte Calamita" gelegen, einem reizvollen Wander-und MTB Gebiet ist nur 300 m von den Stränden Straccoligno und Ferrato entfernt.

La casa si trova in posizione privilegiata sotto tutti gli aspetti, in contesto residenziale e tranquillo su strada privata a due minuti a piedi da due meravigliose spiagge e a 10 minuti a piedi dal paese e da tutti i servizi. E' fornita di tutti i comfort e dispone di parcheggio privato incluso all'interno della proprietà.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

This is a cosy house, just refurbished with all comforts, at south side of the Island, between Capoliveri and sea in Località Peducelli, sorrounded by a 500 meters garden with an beautiful view on the sea. the beach is about 10 minutes walking down the hill from home. It is just the right place to relax far from the cities and the crowded beaches during summer time. Enjoy the sunset from home ! You can bring your pet (check the House Rules first).

IL COMUNE DI PIOMBINO HA INTRODOTTO LA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO PARI A EURO 1,50 A PERSONA PER OGNI NOTTE TRASCORSA IN CITTA'. LA TASSA VIENE RICHIESTA DAL 1 GIUGNO AL 30 SETTEMBRE. La tassa dovrà essere versata in contanti all'arrivo nell'appartamento per il totale delle notti prenotate. Luminoso attico con meravigliosa vista sull'Isola d'Elba e ampia terrazza panoramica che circonda l'appartamento.

Piano intero con giardino in villa in riva al mare

La villa è ubicata poche decine di metri sopra la riva del mare, interamente ristrutturata nel 2019-20 ed arredata e corredata con grande raffinatezza e funzionalità; è situata nella baia di Pareti, sul versante occidentale di Capoliveri, uno dei più tipici e affascinanti borghi dell’Elba, che alla sera pullula di negozi e locali aperti sino a tardi, e che dista poco più di 2 km.

La Tonnara - Le viste

Laddove un tempo sorgeva una tonnara importante come quella gemella dell’Enfola, ben visibile guardando verso nord, arroccata su un piccolo sperone di roccia a picco sul mare, l’appartamento “Tonnara - Le viste” è il posto giusto per chi cerca la quiete e un mare cristallino sotto casa.
