very responsive, and understanding when my flight was delayed and we arrived very late at night. beautiful and quiet area, with nice caretakers. next time I visit the area I will choose this place again

We have been in one of Marlyne lodgings on three different occasions and have already booked for next years trip. They have all been different lodgings but the quality has always been exceptional. The cleaning service is regular and quite satisfactory. Communication is always excellent, we are always before hand informed if there are any municipal service disruptions and any of our need are addressed very rapidly. The apartments are all in excellent condition ,well kept and very clean. Honestly i have no reason to look elsewhere for a place to stay when i am in the area. Quality/price ration is outstanding. I love that the property is in 1-2 min ride to the town proper. and near the beaches. a lot of things to do if only I have enough time unfortunately I have to cut my vacation short because of the upcoming elections. thank you charm for accommodating me and my family. Charm is a very good host and very responsive. I would love to come back and stay the next time I come back to Guiuan.

A very nice apartment situated within a subdivision yet close enough to stores, shops and the city of Tacloban. The apartment itself is in a very good condition. It was perfectly clean and I felt immediately at home as soon as I opened up the door. All the amenities inside the apartment were great as well. Everything appears to be almost brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Last but not least: the water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was perfectly good...something you don't always get in the Philippines. The communication with the owner was great! He made sure that everything went smooth from the first to the last day of my stay. I had a great time and I will be back to this great little apartment the next time I come to Tacloban.
