My place is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of its location, comfort, and quietness, with the sound of the sea too!

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Independent studio with private pool and parking.

Independent studio of 33 m2, with private pool, quietly located in a residential area. Free parking in front of the property. Close to the beach of Tanchet 3 km away, shops and bike paths that run along the corniche. All comforts and very bright with sleeping area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, pool and its exteriors. No pets allowed, no smoking. Check-in time: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m., key given by the host upon check-in. French-English hosts.

La Nillière, between the countryside and the ocean

Charming cottage, rated 3 stars, in the quiet countryside and close to the sea (13 km from Les Sables). Recent accommodation (2022), independent (private access), adjoining the owners' home. Guests will have access to a terrace and a private garden. You will have at your disposal a heated indoor pool (open from 05/01 to 10/01). The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed (crib available). The kitchen is well equipped with a dining area and a sofa bed.

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Breakfasts not included, however tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Pets, parties and charging of electric vehicles not allowed.

Everything is accessible on foot, you can also easily access the town center/Sables d’Olonne embankment thanks to the ferryman. On the other side, the wild coast with its forest, marshes and large beaches. You will enjoy the calm of the location, its careful decoration, its numerous facilities and its heated swimming pool facing south.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
