Small studio apartment in an old villa. Separate entrance. 18m2. Bathroom with shower and washing maschine. Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

Kun 20 minutters kjøretur til Senja. Eget uteområde, om sommeren med bålfat, grill og utemøbler. Turmuligheter rett utenfor døra både sommer og vinter. På Vårlund gaard har vi to hunder og en katt som lever det gode livet på landet. Fra september til april kan du se nordlyset rett uten for huset.

Parkering er tilgjengelig på forespørsel. Soveplassen er en dobbel sovesofa i oppholdsrom.
