Great place with an amazing view, within walking distance to the city center We kick-started our Norwegian trip in tromso and Vegard’s and Emilie’s place is a perfect starting point. The views are simply breathtaking and the space well designed with ample amenities for a home away from home - perfect for our family of 4 (my elderly parents and sister) The walk to the city center was a brisk, picturesque 10 min trip which we found pleasant and easy to commute (even for my parents). Emilie and Vegard are super responsive and attentive, with helpful guides to get us settled. A perfect start to our trip

A very cozy cabin with parking and a washing machine. It is a bit far from the bus station. If it is summer or when the road conditions are good, it is no problem to walk. However, because of the slope, it is not suitable for carrying heavy luggage. The host couple were very kind and responsible. They helped us confirm the correct bus information and also helped us book a taxi to the airport. Highly recommended!

The views!!!!! We booked this Airbnb for the views. They are even better in person! The condo is new and clean. It's a 2-minute walk to two grocery stores. When we arrived, it was a bit warm in the condo, we opened the windows and got the views and sounds. It's easy to walk to the street to catch the bus into town. We did it multiple times during our two-night stay.

5 stars is not enough to describe how much we enjoyed our stay! Perfect location for outdoor adventures, especially ski touring, and also nice for just relaxing and calming down (sauna and the chill vibe of the locations helps). Lots of great tours for all conditions within a 5 to 15 minute drive. Also, Jonas, Sarah, and Lumi were outstandingly supportive and made our trip even better (which was hard because the baseline was already pretty high). Would love (and hope) to come back! Probably also a blast in the summer for hiking and biking adventures.

Daniel’s place was amazing and absolutely perfect for our large group. We all had plenty of space and the large kitchen table was an added bonus for us all to be able to sit and eat together. Daniel was quick to respond and extremely helpful. His place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I’d highly recommend his place.

I'm so glad I chose this place for my vacation in Tromsø. The location was really perfect, just outside the center, but with everything perfectly accessible on foot in a maximum of 15 minutes and with the Skippergata bus stop a few meters away. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen very well equipped and the shower always with hot water. There is also a wardrobe area at the entrance, very convenient for storing winter clothes without dirtying the apartment. The only negative notes were the very noisy upstairs neighbor (not at night, fortunately) and the presence of many expired products in the refrigerator.

Merethe and Aage were both lovely hosts! The Airbnb was conveniently located close to the city centre but far enough that we were able to see the northern lights!
