Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Luisa's place was the perfect stay for my first solo trip to Lake Como. Caterina who helped me check in, picked me up from the bus stop even when it arrived late from Como and made sure I was okay during my stay! The house was beautiful, clean and so spacious, I would say it looks better in person than the photos! It was so peaceful and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Luisa also had some breakfast items available for me when I arrived. There were English books and extra towels, little details that made my stay so special! The house is located on a hill, so it overlooks the lake and you can see Isola Comacina from the balcony, there is a secret beach about a 15-20 min walk down with a local bar and supermarket. Lots of adorable neighbourhood cats around who are very friendly. And there are two ferry ports within walkable distance, Sala Comacina and Lenno. I found at the end of my trip, I found lots of local secret spots and areas I would not know if I stayed in a busier area!

we had stayed here before and enjoyed it very much so we came again, stayed again and the stay was enhanced by the installation of a new kitchen. The villa is well equipped and Marra lives close by and is there to welcome you. There is a bakery and a butchers shop nearby along with a ferry port in walking distance.

A wonderful place to enjoy a few days of rest. When the weather is nice, you can use the terrace right in front of the house - the sun is on it all day and a tree provides shade when needed. It is about a 10-minute walk to the lake. If you want to work there: to be on the safe side, have sufficient data volume with you, as the Wi-Fi runs via antenna (there is no other option at the lake) and can therefore sometimes be weather-dependent. We felt very comfortable and the communication with Stanis worked very well. We would come back any time. Enough has already been written 😃 about the car and parking in the other reviews. … and when you wake up you can look out the window at the lake from the bed

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Sabrina welcomed us with such warmth. The view is breathtaking. Something the photos could not convey. One sits on the terrasse and has the beauty of lake Como and the mountains before one. The peace, the shifting view, from the sun casting diamonds on the water to the moon reflecting on the water. All so comfortable and clean and homely with extra space from the slightly domed ceiling. Sabrina recommended places to go that made the stay magical, one being the Villa Carlotta with the extraordinary gardens. Our stay was too short to see all that is so easily accessible in that exquisite corner of our planet. We loved the stay and we would love to return. and would love to return.

Absolutely amazing stay! Monica and Paolo went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. Sending the best recommendations and advice. They responded immediately and even came and delivered water when the shops were closed. The place is outstanding with amazing views. Would stay again in a heartbeat and our trip was so special. Would recommend a car to get to and get around as think it would be difficult without car.

Awesome spot! Stayed here for one night for our honeymoon trip. Great view, easy access to great restaurants, beautiful area to walk around, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful vacation accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Alessia was incredibly kind, responsive, and so helpful in planning our visit. She offered great recommendations and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views, thoughtful touches, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how she even came to meet us at the ferry and helped with our luggage, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. We felt so well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting!

We spent 6 wonderful days in Mathilde and Camillo's apartment. Mathilde welcomed us very kindly, gave good tips and was always approachable. We would book the apartment again just because of the great views of the lake and the mountains, but it was also cozy, well equipped, quietly located, very clean and within walking distance of the lake. Parking was not a problem at all, the public, free parking was 2 minutes away. Finally, a little tip: at the end of the alley is the "Passer," a nice little bistro for breakfast or for a good glass of wine.

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.

Serena's place is absolutely lovely, we felt right at home straight away. The accomodation is spotlessly clean and in a very pretty area that is easily accessed by car or public transport. there is a free night bus that runs up and down the road to Varenna between 7pm-Midnight which is very convenient. Perledo is a very tranquil place with fantastic views. We were checked in by Serena's father who was very helpful and then visited by Serena soon after. Both were very lovely and helpful and passed great knowledge of their local area. We were even lucky enough to get a free pass to Vezio castle which had some of the best views I've seen.

Very great stay in Argegno! Beautiful views, restaurants all around. Wonderful experience!
