This apartment is a real gem. The view is breathtaking, from every balcony :) There is literally everything you need in the apartment. Coffee maker, capsules, coffee, tea, sugar even olive oil. And the eggs from the chicken and duck were a revelation. This place is so incredibly peaceful that we will definitely recommend it to everyone. The host is a wonderful person who helped us book dinners at the Aurora restaurant and what's best is always in the first line from the lake. The food in this restaurant is poetry

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Our stay in Italy was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was thanks to this beautiful condo and our incredible host, Maria. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful--spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located. We were just steps or a short drive away from everything we wanted to explore, from charming cafes and restaurants to historic landmarks and shops. It truly felt like we were in the heart of it all, yet the condo remained a peaceful haven to come home to each day. Maria went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and cared for. She was always just a message away, ready to offer restaurant recommendations, arrange car services, and check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and genuine hospitality made all the difference--we felt more like guests in a dear friend's home than visitors in a rental. I can't wait to return someday! Grazie mille, Maria!

I stayed here while visiting Lake Como and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The place was beautiful, super comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything was smooth and easy, and it really felt like a little escape. Would 100% recommend.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful few days in Mirkos house, a beautiful setting in the village with balcony views across to Lezzeno. Paola was fantastic with the meet and greet and was very informative and helpful on the local area. Would love to visit again!

Laura’s place was absolutely welcoming! It felt like a home away from home with everything that we needed. It was close to the ferries that allowed us to visit the middle lake Como towns and was minutes away from a great gelato place. We highly recommend her place if you want a peaceful apartment that’s away from the tourist crowds in Bellagio or Mennagio.

The view is adorable. The location is the best. Car park is crucial to enjoy your stay and it was available upon request for free.

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

We had a wonderful stay, everything just as described. Bonus it’s on the main level and one of the first homes up that street (lots of walking and hills in general in bellagio so it was nice to reach our stay a little easier then some ;) there were a couple occasions other tourists were walking with us and would comment “oh wish we lived here or were already here” as they had much farther walks from town

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Matteo’s place is a very nice apartment in a great location, super convenient to go around, also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Worth it!

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had a place with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a crib… even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of small touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer… And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, that would really be the cherry on top. But otherwise, everything was great, a real slice of heaven

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)

Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the balcony of the apartment, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and thus has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by lots of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The hosts were great with communication and made everything easy from start to finish. It was just a short walk into the main town, which had excellent connections for exploring the rest of the lake. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Great stay and location!! The only negative thing was the guests staying upstairs had 2 kids that were running and jumping around all day. Make sure you schedule your taxi’s in advance! We learned that hard way that you cannot call them last minute in the evening.

The views are even better than the photos! It was absolutely beautiful, what a special place to stay. We loved the spa facilities too and the host was really friendly and helpful. Fully recommend!

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.
